How to Request a Return or Refund

At Laborose, we want every order to meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Requests for return or refund must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer care team before sending any item back — returning items without approval may result in them not being accepted.
  • Email support@laborose.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Unless the issue is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Order Cancellation

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Most custom-made products enter production within 12 hours after the order is placed. Changes or cancellations requested after this stage may not be possible.

Address Updates

  • Our system verifies shipping addresses before dispatch.
  • If there is an address issue and you do not provide an updated address within 3 days of placing your order, the order may be canceled.
  • Always double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Orders Lost in Transit

  • An order will be considered “lost” if it fails to arrive within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 60 days from the order date. Claims after this period will not be eligible for review.

When We Offer Reprints or Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our work and will replace or refund orders in the following cases:

  • Product defects caused during manufacturing.
  • Damage sustained during delivery.
  • Items received that are different from what was ordered.
  • Orders that never arrive despite the correct shipping address being provided.
  • Shipments that exceed our normal delivery timeframe.

When Requests Are Not Eligible

We are unable to approve returns or refunds for:

  • Products matching the description and meeting our production standards.
  • Incorrect sizes chosen during ordering.
  • Orders that are still in progress or within the expected delivery window.
  • Packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing.
  • Failed deliveries after repeated attempts by the shipping company.

Providing Photo Evidence

When contacting us about a problem, please include:

  1. A full photo of the item showing its design.
  2. Close-up images of the defect or damage.
  3. (Optional) A clear photo of the shipping label.

Sizing Reference for Apparel

  • Chest: Measure 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the armhole while the garment is laid flat.
  • Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
  • Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back neck, across the shoulder, down to the sleeve hem.

Return Conditions

Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage from transit, or the wrong item is sent.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
All refunds must be approved in advance by our team.

Exchange Policy

As all products are produced to order, we do not hold stock for exchanges.

Substitutions

If a product is unavailable, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or greater quality that closely matches the original order in color and size.
If no suitable replacement is available, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Other Notes

  • We do not offer wholesale or bulk order discounts.
  • Custom packaging or inserts are not available.

Important Information

Laborose reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if the conditions above are not met.
