  • Canada, United Kingdom, EU Countries, Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days (excluding customs clearance)

• Most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged/defective, we will provide a refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 30 days (damaged) or 60 days (lost).
